Some of best days of my boyhood were spent at the camp. They made every boy feel special.
I went to Dunroamin’ the summers of ’53 & ’54. I’m from Jackson, TN and had a great time! Does anyone
remember Miss Havelon’s cat Dead Eye Dick? Also the flaming arrow that Mr. Jimmy shot at the end of the closing ceremony that signified who was chosen as Chief Dunroamin.
